Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to the order you purchased.
  3. Make a request for return or replacement.
  4. Choose a reason from the available options.

Once your request is submitted, our support team will contact you.

Important Note

Return Process

  1. Our shipping partner will collect the package from you at no cost.
  2. You don’t need to pay anything while returning.

Refund Options

You have two options for receiving your refund:

  1. Loyalty Points System:

    • You can choose to receive your refund amount in loyalty points, which will be processed immediately and credited to your account.
    • Each point is equal to 1 INR, and you can use these points to purchase anything from our website with no limit.
  2. Original Payment Method:

    • If you prefer to receive your refund back through the original method of payment, please note that it will take 5-7 working days from when we receive the returned package.

Replacement Process

If your order includes personalized items, please note that they are only eligible for replacement in case of damage. In such cases:

  1. After requesting a replacement, send the opening video to support@indimugs.in.
  2. Our support team will assess the condition and then process the replacement.
  3. If approved for replacement, we will not collect the damaged item (as it is already damaged).
  4. Instead, we will credit the equivalent amount of the goods purchased into your wallet account.

You can view the amount after logging into your account on our website, and you can use it for purchasing anything from our website without any limit. The amount will remain in your account indefinitely.
